1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al acceder y utilizar la plataforma de TORRES & VALLE (en adelante, “la Plataforma”), usted acepta y se compromete a cumplir con estos Términos y Condiciones, así como con nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no está de acuerdo, deberá abstenerse de utilizar nuestros servicios.

2. Objeto de la Plataforma

TORRES & VALLE es una plataforma en línea que permite a instructores, docentes, evaluadores y certificadores (en adelante, “Instructores”) publicar, comercializar y vender cursos digitales.
Los usuarios que adquieren estos cursos (en adelante, “Estudiantes”) pueden acceder al contenido conforme a las condiciones establecidas al momento de la compra.

3. Registro y Cuenta

• Para utilizar la Plataforma como Instructor o Estudiante, es necesario crear una cuenta con información veraz, completa y actualizada.

• El usuario es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta.

• TORRES & VALLE podrá suspender o cancelar cuentas en caso de uso indebido, fraude o incumplimiento de estos términos.

4. Publicación y Venta de Cursos

• Los Instructores son responsables del contenido, calidad, originalidad y licencias de todo material publicado en la Plataforma.

• TORRES & VALLE se reserva el derecho de revisar, aprobar o rechazar cursos que no cumplan con nuestros estándares de calidad, lineamientos legales o políticas internas.

• La propiedad intelectual del contenido sigue perteneciendo al Instructor, pero el Instructor otorga a TORRES & VALLE una licencia no exclusiva para alojar, distribuir y comercializar el curso dentro de la Plataforma.

5. Modelo de Comisiones y Pagos

• La publicación de cursos en la Plataforma no tiene costo inicial.

• TORRES & VALLE retiene un porcentaje de comisión previamente acordado sobre cada venta realizada.

• Los pagos a Instructores se realizan en el plazo y por los medios establecidos en el contrato o acuerdo comercial correspondiente.

• Los ingresos generados estarán sujetos a las retenciones o impuestos aplicables según la legislación vigente.

• Los pagos seran procesados mediante la pasarela de Openpay

6. Responsabilidad del Usuario

• Está prohibido publicar contenido ilegal, ofensivo, discriminatorio o que infrinja derechos de terceros.

• El Instructor garantiza que posee todos los derechos para comercializar su curso y que el mismo no vulnera ninguna ley ni derecho de propiedad intelectual.

• El Estudiante se compromete a usar el contenido adquirido únicamente para su consumo personal, sin redistribuirlo ni comercializarlo.

7. Limitación de Responsabilidad

• TORRES & VALLE actúa como intermediario tecnológico entre Instructores y Estudiantes.

• No somos responsables del contenido, promesas, resultados o información proporcionada en los cursos por los Instructores.

• Tampoco garantizamos un número específico de ventas o ingresos para los Instructores.

8. Modificaciones de los Términos

TORRES & VALLE podrá modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones entrarán en vigor desde su publicación en el sitio web. Es responsabilidad del usuario revisarlos periódicamente.

9. Legislación Aplicable y Jurisdicción

Estos Términos se regirán por las leyes de [País], y cualquier controversia será sometida a los tribunales competentes de [Ciudad], renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponder.
